Undergraduate College Scholarships With nearly two decades demonstrate excellence as a leading provider of international relations and public policy education for minority students, the program has educated and trained hundreds of Fellows. Our focus is to provide quality education and practice opportunities for minority students started in their second year in college. We offer these opportunities through our six-sequencing program components, which include:
